Patient is a 12-year-old girl. She complained of pain of both knees for about 3 years with some relief from rest and didn’t seek treatment. She started to experience pain with restricted movement around the left shoulder about 3 months ago without relief from rest and worsening symptoms of the left shoulder lately. She had radiographs of the left humerus and demonstrated lytic bone destruction of the proximal humerus with disruption of the cortex with periosteal reaction and soft tissue mass.
