Conventional Chordoma: Case 29

Patient is a 68-year-old female. She started to experience sacrococcygeal pain without clear causes about 1 year ago and symptoms worsened with supine position. Radiograph examination at that time showed no abnormalities. The pain worsened and she started to develop frequent urination, difficulty defecating, and thinning of the stool, no blood noted.
