Risks and Implications of Energy Supply Interruption
摘要
The introduction of the definition of energy supply interruption can be traced back to 1992, given by the United States in the Energy Policy and Conservation Act. Specifically, it can be considered as energy supply interruption when: (1) due to unpredictable events, energy supply substantially declined, which is of significant scope and duration; (2) due to emergencies, energy price rises sharply in the short term, affecting economic growth to a certain extent.
