Next Generational Digital Forensics is a new area of Digital Forensics that is fast, remote, and expandable across the Law Enforcement Agencies, and acting as a catalyst in Criminal and Civil Investigations. By leveraging real-time data analysis, and automated forensic tools integrated with top-edge technology available, law enforcement agencies can better preserve the integrity of digital evidence but also escalate the investigation while maintaining a chain of custody, improving the overall effectiveness of investigations and the criminal justice system. This review article explores the urgent need for faster investigation processes during the Golden Hour, particularly focusing on digital evidence. It discusses the future aspects of meeting the demands of modern crime scenes and ensuring justice is served swiftly and accurately.
