Multiple Practical Exploration on the Construction and Sharing of High-Quality Educational Resources

The construction and sharing of high-quality educational resources is an important support for the digital transformation of education (Hu & Huang, 2015), and is the key foundation for promoting the high-quality development of education and realizing educational equity (Huang, 2011). With the continuous emergence of emerging technologies (Xu et al., 2025; Wan et al., 2025), the gradual construction of smart education environment (Yin & Qu, 2024) and the diversified demand for educational resources in various disciplines, educational institutions at all levels in various places have actively explored the construction, sharing and application of high-quality educational resources, and formed rich practical experience and methods. These practices mainly focus on four aspects: the construction and sharing of digital educational resources (Chen, 2011), the construction and sharing of resources based on emerging technologies, the deep application and sharing innovation of digital educational resources (Yu et al., 2024), and the construction strategy and sharing mechanism of educational resources (Xiao, 2025). This paper will systematically sort out and deeply analyze the above practical cases, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for promoting the optimal allocation of educational resources and deepening the reform of education and teaching.
