Factors Influencing the Willingness of Elderly People in Urban Communities to Participate in Mutual Aid Elderly Care from the Perspective of Active Aging
摘要
With the advancing process of population aging, the elderly care issues in urban communities are becoming increasingly prominent. Traditional methods of elderly care can no longer meet the diverse needs of the elderly population. Mutual aid elderly care, with its unique advantages, has gradually emerged as a new highlight within the elderly care service system. This paper, based on the theoretical framework of active aging, systematically analyzes the willingness of elderly people in urban communities to participate in mutual aid elderly care and its influencing factors. The study aims to explore how individual characteristics, economic conditions, health status, family structure, and social support collectively influence the elderly's choice of mutual aid elderly care. Through this research, it is hoped to provide scientific support for government policymaking and community optimization of elderly care services, thereby promoting active participation of the elderly and fostering harmonious social development.
