Retrospect and Prospect of Research on Flat Micro-Heat Pipe Technology

Heat pipes are widely used in microelectronic cooling, heat recovery in heat exchangers, and a heat transfer material for solar collectors. We look back on the exploration and research of micro-plate heat pipe by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, on the basis of analyzing the structure and working principle of the micro-plate micro thermal tube, this paper summarizes the research progress of the micro-channel structure shape size, filling quality and its filling rate and working state affecting the thermal transmission performance of the micro-plate micro thermal tube. This paper summarizes the development of the structural design and theoretical prediction of the microtubule heat pipe model, and looks forward to the development trend of the microtubule heat pipe microchannel.
