In today’s eras of information technology, cyber security is extremely important. It is the one of the main issues confronting today’s world of information security. The first and foremost thing that comes to mind when we study cyber security is “cybercrimes,” which is growing substantially on a day-to-day basis. Numerous governments, businesses, and private organizations are taking steps to prevent these cybercrimes. In spite of many precautions, many people continue to have significant concerns about cyber security. This paper mainly focuses on the problems that modern technology-based cybersecurity faces. It also stresses upon the Internet of Things (IoT), cyber security approaches, beliefs, and developments that are altering the field of cyber security. IoT is a network of connected sensors, and ordinary items utilized in a variety of industries, including healthcare, airports, smart devices, and the military. IoT also emphasizes machine-to-machine interaction in addition to human-to-human connection. Cybersecurity is essential, and we must be aware of all precautionary measures required to prevent cybercrime. We will also talk about cybercrime-related actions, how they truly occur, and all government and private organizations’ efforts to enforce cyberethics globally.
