Study on Parameter Controls to Minimize Curvature Gradient in Steel Roll Leveling
摘要
This paper focuses on the parameter setting of rollers leveling machines in the industry. By using parameter control to conduct numerical simulations of plastic deformation, adjusting control parameters, analyzing numerical simulations, and comparing reference literature, we observe a more scientific parameter setting method. Currently, the industry processes are mostly based on experience and simple mechanical adjustments. However, the structure and parameter adjustment of the roller leveling machine are more complex than those of other types of leveling machines. Herein, we use theoretical methods as the foundation, combining data algorithms and a precise control approach to make parameter settings more accurate and scientific; thereby, product quality and processing efficiency in the industry can be significantly improved.
