Increased attention has been paid to the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in construction. The traditional assembly building supply chain is beset with numerous challenges, including concerns about quality. Improvements are necessary, particularly concerning the difficulty of integrating it with high technology, such as AI, and the lack of innovative work mechanisms. The most obvious issue is the unequal distribution of benefits due to the large number of stakeholders. From the perspective of AI, the assembly building supply chain model was assessed with potential risk factors to avoid the risks and update the assembly building supply chain. The entropy weight- technique for order preference by similarity to the ideal solution model was used for quantitative analysis of the risk factors. The impacts of the key risk factors were evaluated to enhance the supply chain.
