Hybrid Happily Ever After?
摘要
This book concludes with summations of key points and some informed speculations about the future of work and the evolving role of fun, humour, and play. As hybrid work becomes more embedded it will both modify, and be modified by, new work behaviours, relationship-building, and ever-changing ways to enjoy work and mitigate work pressures through fun. Perhaps hybrid work will be replaced by other work forms, but workers will likely still seek happiness through fun, humour, and playful activities that may not yet be invented or discovered. Such a future is exciting, bracing, and hopefully—also funny!
