Hydrogen can be stored in gaseous, liquid, and solid forms and can also be adsorbed by hydrogen-absorbing materials or react with them. Therefore, it is necessary to develop corresponding storage and transportation technologies based on these characteristics of hydrogen. Efficient, low-cost storage, transportation, and refueling technologies are necessary guarantees for the large-scale industrial application of hydrogen energy and are also one of the difficulties that need to be overcome urgently in the application of hydrogen energy.
