It also examines the impact of specific dietary regimens, including the ketogenic diet, Mediterranean diet, low glycemic index diet, and elimination diets, on migraine occurrence and severity. Additionally, herbal and nutraceutical approaches, such as feverfew, butterbur, and curcumin, are discussed as potential adjunctive treatments. The chapter emphasizes the importance of a personalized approach to dietary modifications, encouraging patients to identify individual triggers and adopt an anti-inflammatory diet to improve migraine outcomes.
