This chapter draws extensively on the technical approaches of previous related studies to establish a clear set of principles for overviewing and shaping the multi-planning structure in this book. Building upon these principles, a comprehensive analysis, comparison, and identification of data from multi-plan database was conducted, leading to a systematic overview of the overarching structure of multi-planning structure in China. On this foundation, the chapter further focus on the city/county territory, where it systematically concludes the overall architecture of multi-plans at this level. It also examines the distinctive characteristics and internal relationships among the plans. Through this study, the chapter successfully addresses one of the central questions posed in this book: What is the Full Coverage of Components to be Integrated in the Vision of One Blueprint? The findings also contribute to establishing a unified analytical framework for One Blueprint of city/county spatial planning.
