The research includes a comprehensive feasibility analysis, focusing on cost-time assessments to improve the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of marine infrastructure projects. By utilizing scheduling software and resource planning tools, the study aims to optimize construction processes. Comparing the two methods, the research provides stakeholders with insights into their advantages and limitations, aiding in informed decision-making for cost-effective and timely marine jetty project completion, ultimately advancing sustainable marine infrastructure development.
