With rapid technological advancement, numerous scientific breakthroughs have emerged, and fatigue-related issues have been common. Accurate assessment of physical fatigue is paramount for preventive measures in life. Body fatigue is a subjective experience and is challenging to assess objectively. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is derived from an electrocardiogram (ECG) and regulated by the autonomic nervous system. HRV is a promising indicator for estimating physical fatigue. Therefore, we propose a novel approach for the automatic and objective classification of physical fatigue based on HRV.

摘要

With rapid technological advancement, numerous scientific breakthroughs have emerged, and fatigue-related issues have been common. Accurate assessment of physical fatigue is paramount for preventive measures in life. Body fatigue is a subjective experience and is challenging to assess objectively. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is derived from an electrocardiogram (ECG) and regulated by the autonomic nervous system. HRV is a promising indicator for estimating physical fatigue. Therefore, we propose a novel approach for the automatic and objective classification of physical fatigue based on HRV.
