Given the characteristics of Dalian’s green economy development, a model was constructed for green economy development prediction through the collection and analysis of Dalian’s economy-related data. The application principle and key steps of the support vector machine algorithm were used in the prediction simulation. Data were collected for training and verification to validate the advantages and limitations of the algorithm and analyze the factors that affect the prediction accuracy. The test results showed a high prediction accuracy of the prediction algorithm.
