Situation awareness is the outcome of individual procuring and processing the external information. It is the key factor that exerts influence on people's decision-making in complex and dynamic environment. Therefore, avoiding lack or loss of situation awareness is of great importance to ensure flight safety. During the experiments, ECG and GSR data were collected synchronously. Nevertheless, the relation between situation awareness and means of LFnorm and Tonic was explored. Flight data were statistically analyzed and the following conclusions have been drawn: Under the effect of three influence factors, Subjects’ LFnorm data and Tonic average basis are observably higher than them in normal situation. For this reason, It can be concluded that LFnorm index and Tonic mean indicator which represent physiological parameters, to some degree, can reflect the level of situation awareness. Based on the relation between those physiological indicators and situation awareness, people may use physiological indicators to predict and provide alerts in the future, which is of great significance to improve pilot situation awareness and ensure flight safety.
