摘要

Astrophysical objects are not always static nor steady. They are rather active even in hydrodynamical levels as already shown in Part I. In hydromagnetic systems there are many additional instability processes. Before proceeding to arguments concerning such processes, we summarize here basic stability theorems which are known in the fields of hydrodynamic and hydromagnetic systems. They are virial theorem, variational principle, and energy principle.
