This chapter introduced three development stages for the Spanish version of translation, publication and dissemination of Mao's works, it also include political and economic exchange between China and latin American countries from 1950s to 1970s.Since Mao's works has became the core events which greatly promoted the relationships between China and Latin American countries, for the first time the information on Mao's works' publication, distribution numbers and letters from readers is open for public through this chapter.The detail information also include cultural exchange  history of China supported countries, local distributors, and the individuals.
