Education is the information we incorporate into our knowledge and the ability to continue learning by revisiting our skills. Reflection and feedback are critical components of medical education and allow evaluation of the core of teaching, suggesting possibilities for expanding and improving the knowledge acquired by the student. There is literature on reflective practice and feedback strategies in various medical specialities, but the literature has a dearth regarding psychiatry training. Hence, we attempt to gather information regarding the reflective practice and feedback mechanism in psychiatry training. It is indeed highly recommended when the mental health issues have crossed the critical level, and the suicide among medical residents and professionals.
