Conducting curriculum implementation monitoring and establishing a robust monitoring mechanism are critical measures for fulfilling the mission of cultivating well-rounded students with moral integrity. The application of monitoring outcomes must adopt a school-based perspective to accurately identify institutional needs and challenges, thereby fostering promote self-directed school improvement. To optimize the translation of monitoring outcomes into actionable strategies, it is essential to construct a multidimensional system for curriculum enhancement that is school-based, student-centered, and teacher-driven. Using School M as a case study, this paper elucidates pathways and strategies for the school-based application of monitoring outcomes. Specifically, it details School M’s process of “secondary analysis” of monitoring data, outlines methods for diagnosing institutional issues based on these insights, and demonstrates how targeted improvements—tailored to the school's unique context and student learning realities—were implemented to elevate the quality of curriculum execution.
