Study on Effects of Hydraulic Pressure on Free Tube Hydroforming Process
摘要
In the simulation and experimental process of tube hydroforming with axial feeding using ABAQUS software, discrepancies in simulation accuracy arise due to various influencing factors, including simulation model parameters, mass scaling factor, friction coefficient, element mesh shape and size, and pressure variations. This study investigates the impact of hydraulic pressure on simulation accuracy through finite element analysis. By varying hydraulic pressure, insights are drawn on optimizing simulation parameters to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the tube hydroforming process, contributing to sustainable design and manufacturing practices.
