Overview
摘要
The multiagent system (MAS) refers to a system that is composed of multiple agents with autonomous decision-making ability and information sharing using communication network; its general structure is shown in Fig. 1.1. Compared to the traditional control systems, the MAS has a range of advantages, such as parallelizability, high efficiency, high fault tolerance, etc., and can achieve the seamless combination between cyberspace and physical devices to reduce the complexity and the constraints of space and cost on designing and establishing the control systems. Meanwhile, the controllers can realize the information interaction and data sharing by means of the communication network, which has contributions to the top-level scheduling and decision-making.
