The virtual reality pet therapy system (VRPTS) presents the next generation of mental health treatment because it combines an immersive virtual environment, intelligent avatars, and real-time physiological feedback. That is built on quantum neural networks (QNN) and n-SCI compliant design, VRPTS operates in the infrastructure of 6G to provide ultra-low latency individual therapy. Adaptive VR interactions are based on the real-time analysis of bio signals such as electroencephalography (EEG) and heart rate variability (HRV). A generative AI module makes it possible for patients to collaborate with creating virtual co-workers, whereas digital twins assist with predictive behavioral modeling. Because of quantum key distribution (QKD) and post-Quantum cryptography, along with blockchain, VRPTS has secured end-to-end data integrity, privacy, as well as traceability, thanks to the incorporation of blockchain integration. In a pilot study with 50 participants, VRPTS decreased the control group’s level of anxiety by 42% (GAD-7), the positive effect of anxiety was increased by 37% (PANAS), and the HRV-coherence was increased by 28% in 3 weeks. Average latency was kept at 0.85 ms, satisfying the requirements of 6G at a rate of 91% satisfaction of users. Edge-cloud computation reduced processing time by 54% thus improving scalability. VRPTS will be adapted to 7G in the future, where holographic presentations and cognitive control are used while integrating BCI for the hyper-personalized, globally transparent mental health assistance.
