Research on the Influencing Factors of Intention to Use Artificial Intelligence Recruitment
摘要
With the ongoing advancement of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing, an increasing number of companies are integrating AI into their recruitment processes. While the application of AI across various stages of recruitment and job searching is still evolving, its widespread adoption hinges not only on continuous technological innovation but also on users’ acceptance and support. This study, based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the Perceived Risk Theory, and the Diffusion of Innovations Theory, explores the key factors influencing behavior intention to use AI recruitment and their underlying mechanisms. Empirical analysis of 482 valid responses shows that behavior intention to adopt AI recruitment is positively influenced by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and personal innovativeness, while negatively affected by perceived risk. This research contributes to the literature on AI recruitment and offers both theoretical and practical insights for companies seeking to transform their recruitment management processes through intelligent technologies.
