Transformational Leadership Creates Effective Quality Work and Motivation in Organization of Karachi, Pakistan

The Study investigated how transformational leadership influences employee motivation across sectors in Karachi, Pakistan, focusing specifically on the mediating effect of job satisfaction and employee engagement. This research addresses the increasing demand for companies to use leadership practices that help boost motivation and enhance organization performance in a competitive environment. Through an innovative combination of quantitative and qualitative data in a mixed research design, the study used the responses of 278 subjects through SPSS and Smart PLS to explore six possible hypotheses. They show that transformational leadership increased employee engagement and external motivation significantly, but not intrinsic motivation as strongly. Based on these findings, transformational leadership can lead to improved employee performance and organizational effectiveness particularly in the Karachi private sector.
