Used Smart PLS 3.0 software for regression and descriptive statistical analysis, including mean, standard deviation, and T-tests. The method to Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) involved two key steps. Measured the measurement model for validity and reliability Test. Sample size of 200 out of 500 responses was analyzed. All initial hypotheses were accepted, signifying a positive association between green work-life balance initiatives and environmental strategy implementation with organizational outcomes. The study further explored the mediating role of employee well-being in connecting these initiatives to organizational outcomes, revealing a significant positive mediation effect. The moderating impact of public environmental concern between environmental strategy implementation and outcomes, results indicated non-significance within the insurance sector. Findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the intricate dynamics surrounding sustainable workplace practices, emphasizing the pivotal role of employee well-being as a mediator in the relationship between green initiatives and organizational outcomes. The non-significant moderation effect of public environmental concern underscores the industry-specific nuances that shape the efficacy of environmental strategies.
