Assessment System of Urban Land Resilience Based on Cities on the Loess Plateau from the View of Different Stakeholders

Rapid urbanization in China has resulted in great changes of the land use function, landform, geological condition and soil pollution, and so on. Many of these changes are irreversible for the ecological fragile region in western of China. Sustainable buildings and land use should balance environmental, social and economic factors of districts and cities. At the same time urban land resilience assessment is needed to ensure the safety of the city in a variety of disasters, especially for cities in ecologically fragile areas. Urban land policy impact on urban resilience under the participation of different stakeholders, this article is to show the result of investigate and analysis about social, economic and ecological effects of cities’ construction in the long and short term in Ravines of the Loess Plateau, which the opinion of different stakeholders is regarded. The degree of participation and awareness of different stakeholders has an important impact on urban resilient assessment system. The revision of the evaluation system of urban land resilience is help to protect of ecological environment and improve of urban safety.
