We explore an effective non-Hermitian Hamiltonian framework to describe three flavor neutrino oscillations, incorporating the possibility of neutrino decay. We show that the two Majorana phases can couple with the off-diagonal decay terms and manifest at the level of oscillation probabilities. In the framework of long baseline neutrino experiments, we investigate the influence of Majorana phases on neutrino oscillation probabilities, as well as their impact on observables associated with CP violating effects in neutrino oscillation.
