Using Heavy Hadron Chiral Perturbation Theory (HHChPT), this work examines the \(\varXi _{c}(2923)\) baryon’s strong decay behavior. HHChPT is used to compute decay widths for 1P-wave states, taking into account theoretical masses obtained from Regge Phenomenology. According to the results, \(\varXi _{c}(2923)\) is the \(\varXi _{c}\) ( \(1^{4}P_{3/2}\) ) state with spin-parity \(\frac{3}{2}^{-}\) , since the theoretical and experimental decay widths coincide well.

摘要
