Study of \(\chi _{c1}(3872)\rightarrow J/\psi \gamma \) and Search for \(\chi _{c1}(3872)\rightarrow \psi (2S)\gamma \) at the Belle and Belle II Experiment
摘要
We present here a preliminary Monte Carlo (MC) study of the measurement of branching fraction of \(\chi _{c1}(3872)\rightarrow J/\psi \gamma \) and search for \(\chi _{c1}(3872)\rightarrow \psi (2S)\gamma \) using the Belle and Belle II data. The Belle II detector is a large solid-angle spectrometer positioned around the interaction region of SuperKEKB asymmetric \(e^+e^-\) collider situated in Tsukuba, Japan. Our aim is to calculate the ratio of branching fractions \(R_{\psi \gamma }=(\mathcal {B}(\chi _{c1}(3872)\rightarrow \psi (2S)\gamma )/\mathcal {B}(\chi _{c1}(3872)\rightarrow J/\psi \gamma ))\) in order to remove the global conflict about its measurement which will help us determine the nature of the exotic state.
