This paper presents a finite element analysis (FEA) of a winch installed on a naval vessel, focusing on its static strength validation. Conducted in accordance with the China Classification Society (CCS) standards, the study evaluates the structural integrity of the winch under various static loading conditions. The results confirm that the winch meets the required safety thresholds, ensuring reliable operation in marine environments. The analysis also highlights the importance of material selection, loading conditions, and safety factors, which were chosen based on CCS guidelines to simulate real-world conditions and guarantee operational safety and durability of the winch design.

摘要

This paper presents a finite element analysis (FEA) of a winch installed on a naval vessel, focusing on its static strength validation. Conducted in accordance with the China Classification Society (CCS) standards, the study evaluates the structural integrity of the winch under various static loading conditions. The results confirm that the winch meets the required safety thresholds, ensuring reliable operation in marine environments. The analysis also highlights the importance of material selection, loading conditions, and safety factors, which were chosen based on CCS guidelines to simulate real-world conditions and guarantee operational safety and durability of the winch design.
