Preparation of the Super-sophobic Oil Surface on Steel Substrate by Composite Electrodeposition
摘要
The goal is to propose a new method for preparing super-sophobic oil Cu-Ni-nSiO2 composite coating on a Q235 steel surface and to avoid damaging the surface of the base steel physical properties at the same time. Through composite electroplating and liquid deposition method, the appropriate binary micro-nano rough structures on the substrate are constructed on the surface of steel base. The preparation process parameters of the super-sophobic oil surface on steel substrate are obtained by changing the composite electroplating parameters. Finally, When the current density is 13 A/dm2, the speed of magnetic fluid mixing is 200 r/min, the electroplating time is 35 min, the temperature is 65 °C, the super-sophobic oil surface can be prepared with glycerin, diethylene glycol, Peanut oil contact angle of 150°, 140°, 135°.
