This paper describes a control method of sensing super-resolution micro-scanning mechanism, analyzes the principle of the key link of the piezoelectric control system in detail, and carries out the design simulation and test verification of the closed-loop micro-scanning drive system, and realizes the optimal design. The control system has the characteristics of wide dynamic range, fast response speed and strong anti-interference ability, which can realize the high-precision control of 1/3 pixels of the super-branch mechanism, and provides an excellent solution for improving the imaging quality of the fast scanning system of the remote sensor in low and medium altitude orbit.

摘要
