In this chapter, we will discuss advanced GAN techniques and their applications, focusing on recent developments and innovations. The chapter will begin with key advancements in GAN methodologies and then proceed to specialized architectures, such as Multi-scale GANs for high-resolution image generation, latent space regularization, and modular GAN frameworks designed for specific tasks.
