This chapter will provide an in-depth discussion on normalizing flow models. We will begin with an overview of the various types of normalizing flow models, such as coupling layers, including affine and additive coupling layers, as well as planar, radial, and neural spline flows. We will address important topics like Efficient Jacobian Computation and Challenges in Training Flow Models. Applications of normalizing flows will also be discussed, followed by Key Architectures and Case Studies, which will provide practical examples.
