In this paper, the factors affecting site selection among the risk factors of prefabrication site are incorporated into the prefabrication site evaluation model, and a site selection evaluation model suitable for prefabrication site comparison, midterm evaluation of prefabrication site and post-assessment of pre-fabrication site is established through the method ideal for this model. Since the site selection of a prefabrication yard has a direct impact on the economy of modular design projects, its site selection as one of the biggest risks of modular projects should be paid enough attention to minimize this part of the risk through the digital modeling system to ensure the success of the modular design projects.

摘要
