Specifically in field of building design, its incorporation has induced a paradigm shift that fundamentally transforms traditional design and construction methodologies. These innovations facilitate more efficient, precise, and creative approaches to both modeling and analysis. This paper examines the application of parametric technology in building design and engineering, with a particular focus on addressing the challenges posed by complex, nonlinear architectural forms. By analyzing a case study of a parking garage, the study demonstrates the parametric design workflow and its effectiveness in integrating architectural and preliminary structural design, thereby providing a robust tool for professionals in related field.
