The infrastructure of information and communication services is weak, with large areas without public networks, power fiber optic networks, and Beidou RTK network coverage. Multiple lines are in a state of “no network, no signal”, which cannot support the collection, transmission, storage, and use of full data for transmission line maintenance, causing serious difficulties for on-site transmission line three-dimensional inspection and intelligent monitoring. This article proposes a satellite ground fusion network architecture, designs a 5G collaborative positioning enhancement algorithm based on IRS assistance, and proposes an alliance filtering satellite ground collaborative positioning solution to provide strong, high-precision, and stable switching communication services for dense transmission line monitoring and inspection business, improving the digitalization and intelligence level of transmission lines.
