This paper examines the transformation of power plant operations through advanced communication technologies, focusing on the transition from 5G to 6G applications. The research analyzes how current 5G technology enables intelligent applications including real-time monitoring, wireless smart wearables, and precision positioning systems in power plants. Looking ahead, 6G technology promises to revolutionize plant operations through holographic communication, digital twins, and ultra-precise positioning. While these technological implementations initially increase construction costs, they significantly reduce long-term operational expenses through improved efficiency, reduced maintenance requirements, and decreased human intervention. The study demonstrates that despite higher initial investments, the integration of advanced communication technologies provides substantial economic benefits across the plant’s lifecycle, particularly in operational safety and maintenance optimization.

摘要
