This study presents a streamlined approach to Earned Value Management (EVM) in construction projects through the integration of digital platforms, enhancing the coordination of cost, schedule, and quality control. Leveraging P6, PU, and IFS systems, the proposed model supports real-time progress assessment and precise cost tracking, underpinned by standardized quantification methods and automated data flows. Case studies from nuclear power plant construction illustrate the system’s ability to improve payment management, predict cash flow, and foster collaborative oversight. This framework enhances project performance, reducing manual interventions and aligning stakeholder efforts, although implementation demands a robust data infrastructure and standardized business processes.

摘要
