This paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the internal control cost management of electric power design enterprises in the process of carrying out general contracting projects, and puts forward the solutions through the establishment of a unified cost data standard specification and a shared general contracting digital cost platform precipitation database, as well as the establishment of internal cost quotas for general contracting enterprises, which provides a certain reference for the general contracting management of enterprises.
