Aiming at the problem that position measurement and information fusion occupy a large amount of wireless resources and cause communication overhead, we study efficient resource scheduling methods for measurement links in the network, identify high-quality measurement links, transmit signal waveforms with better navigation performance on the high-quality links, and transmit waveforms with better communication performance on other links to achieve a flexible compromise between communication overhead and navigation performance.
