Time-Frequency Domain Interference Suppression Algorithm Based on OTFS

Narrowband interference has become a non-negligible problem in the field of modern wireless communications, especially in high dynamic range communication scenarios. These scenarios include highspeed mobile communication environments, satellite communication systems, and various complex radio wave propagation environments such as cities and villages. In these high dynamic range environments, narrowband interference is particularly well characterised. For OFDM systems, this type of interference occupies a narrow frequency band, appears as a local peak in the spectrum and limits the frequency domain resources of OFDM systems. Consequently, it is difficult to suppress effectively using traditional frequency domain interference suppression techniques. To address this problem, In this paper, an adaptive active interference cancellation method and an adaptive interference detection and cancellation method based on OTFS are proposed, which are self-adaptive to resist interference in complex electromagnetic environments. Experiments were conducted to validate our analyses and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
