Congenital defects in two or more ectodermal structures, one of these at least includes, teeth (dental defects), sweat gland (dyshidrosis), nails (onychodysplasia), hair (trichodysplasia) and other structures like cochlea, retina, adrenal medulla, and central nervous system.
