Poikilodermatous Disorders
摘要
Poikilodermatous disorders represent a group of conditions defined by the triad of macular dyspigmentation, epidermal atrophy, and telangiectasia. These disorders may be either congenital or acquired. Congenital poikilodermas are further categorized according to the presence or absence of photosensitivity, a distinction that aids in clinical evaluation and diagnosis. This chapter provides an overview of the causes, classification, and distinguishing features of poikilodermatous disorders.
