Inherited Palmoplantar Keratodermas

Palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK) comprises a group of hereditary and acquired disorders characterised by excessive epidermal thickening of palms and soles. This chapter intends to discuss the molecular pathogenesis and clinical features of different types of hereditary PPK or palmoplantar epidermal differentiation disorders (pEDD), along with a clinical approach and management.
