As proposed in Chapter 1 , the primary research question of this book is: in which circumstances does the use of trade secrets constitute an abuse of market dominance pursuant to China’s Anti-monopoly Law and how can the approach analysis be improved? The previous chapters have elucidated the answer to the research question through critical legal analysis.
