Social media in particular has revolutionized the way female entrepreneurs interact with consumers, promote their goods, and expand their companies. With an emphasis on how social media affects marketing tactics and company success, this chapter examines how digital platforms affect female entrepreneurs in Eastern Europe. The study emphasizes how social media analytics may be incorporated into marketing strategy through a mixed-methods approach that includes surveys and case studies. According to the findings, women who use analytics well report better audience targeting, higher levels of engagement, and better commercial results. They can customize campaigns according to audience preferences and behavior thanks to analytics. Common issues still exist, though, such as restricted access to digital resources and technical training. Key findings show that digital platforms offer advantages such as rapid information dissemination, increased visibility, and stronger customer connections. Social media also enables community-building and strengthens credibility. Yet, many women report barriers: over 65% believe media bias negatively affects their confidence and ambitions, while 70% struggle with market saturation and competition. The chapter recommends expanding access to social media analytics training and fostering peer-based learning environments. These initiatives can enhance digital literacy and innovation. Ultimately, the study contributes to the broader discourse on gender and entrepreneurship by underscoring the pivotal role of digital platforms in empowering women entrepreneurs and advocating for a more equitable digital ecosystem.
